We cater to clients that require a complete event experience at our Edmonton banquet halls. We have four Edmonton Catering Halls available for groups of 80, 200 or 400 people. Our staff will help you organize your special event, provide butlers, plates and any other specific catering services that you may be looking for.

Banquets Delivered to Your Site

Ela Euro is a full service, off site Edmonton catering service. We can prepare all the food at our private kitchen in Edmonton and bring it to the client’s location. Our professional chefs prepare the food with great care and all equipment is inspected prior to cooking.

Appetizer Trays for Corporate Events

Use our on-site Edmonton catering service for your corporate event including product launches, annual meetings, branch meetings and training events. Whether you are looking for brunch, lunch or delivered platters, we can meet your needs. We also provide award night catering at several Edmonton and area venues. Wedding Catering

Choosing an Edmonton caterer for your wedding reception is one of the biggest decisions you will make when planning that special day. Rest assured…we pride ourselves in an uncompromisable level of service and are prepared to give you as much support as you need. We specialize in European cuisine and serve dishes with Polish, Ukrainian or German origins.

China & Linens

We have a stock of Chinaware, Glassware and Cutlery for over 1,000 guests in our building. Our latest dinnerware settings are the finest china available from Edmonton caterers. Our linens are the best. We set up your facility to be a beautiful environment to eat in. Please make an appointment to view our tableware.If we do not have an item in stock, we will try and get it for you.

Catered Brunch or Lunch in Edmonton

Whether you are planning a tea, a working lunch, or a bridal shower brunch, we have many tasty menu items that can be mixed and matched to enhance your special occasion. Let us provide the catering.

Express Buffets for Delivery or Pick Up

Express Buffets are designed especially for express delivery or pick-up. Our attractive insulated boxes eliminate the need for chaffing dishes or service staff, keeping your costs down. Perfect for a working lunch, birthday party, family meal, you name it!

Private Parties

Some of the most meaningful events are those you want to hold in private in the comfort of your own home. For at-home entertaining such as holiday celebrations, cocktail parties, small dinner parties, or an open house, we create and cater the cuisine of your choice while you and your guests relax and enjoy the occasion.

Bar Service & Corkage

You may choose to take care of all the bar supplies, tools, services, set up, clean up, and licensing yourself or through the facility or you can use one of the following Bar Services.

We will supply everything for the bar. Your guests will be charged for each beverage at our prices. Bartenders are billed separately.

Ela Euro Catering will supply everything for the bar. A list will be kept of the type and number of drinks dispensed. After the function, you will be invoiced, at our published prices, for the beverages consumed. This option is only available with a bar deposit of $10.00 per person which will be applied to the final invoice. Bartenders will be invoiced separately.

Ela Euro Catering Services will supply a complete bar with our bartender and all brand name mixes (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Soda Water & Tonic Water), Orange Juice, Clamato Juice, Spices, Celery Sticks, Lemon & Lime Slices, Ice, Beer Tubs, Glasses and Cocktail Sticks. You are responsible for all liquor and the license.

Bartender Fees

Bartenders are invoiced separately and will be charged at an hourly rate per bartender. Two hours will be added to the invoiced operating hours to cover set up and take down times. A 4 hour minimum bar tending charge per bartender applies. Any Hours over 8 Hours of Service will be invoiced at Hourly Rate x 1.5 to cover Overtime.
